What data we process and why
Visiting the site. The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. When you open it, Vercel’s servers automatically record technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. This is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Vercel keeps these logs for a short time under its own retention rules.
Contacting us. If you write to us by email or send a message on Instagram or TikTok, we process the details you give us, such as your name, email address or username and the content of your message. We use them to reply and, if you ask, to prepare an offer (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to handle the conversation (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep this correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry; if it leads to a contract, for the duration of the contract and until related claims are time-barred.
The site does not use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels or social media plugins, and it does not load content from other websites. Fonts and all other files are served from our own domain.
Cookies
The site sets no cookies when you open it. If you switch language, it stores one cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, holding only your chosen language (en or pl) for one year, so the site opens in that language next time. This cookie is strictly necessary for a function you asked for, so it does not require consent. You can delete it in your browser settings at any time.
Who receives the data
- Vercel Inc. (USA): website hosting.
- Microsoft (Outlook): email.
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Instagram) and TikTok Technology Limited (TikTok): only if you contact us there. They process your data as independent controllers under their own privacy policies.
Vercel and Microsoft are based in the USA. Data is transferred there under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data (Art. 15 GDPR),
- have it corrected (Art. 16),
- have it erased (Art. 17),
- restrict its processing (Art. 18),
- receive it in a portable format (Art. 20),
- object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21).
To use these rights, write to neurava@outlook.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl).
Final provisions
Giving us your data is voluntary, but without contact details we cannot reply to you. We do not make automated decisions about you or profile you. We may update this policy; the current version is always on this page.
